All Sales Are Final

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads (PDF files cannot be physically "returned" once downloaded or accessed), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital cookbook purchases, bundles, or bonus ebooks. Once an order is processed and the download link has been sent or accessed, the sale is final.

Exceptional Circumstances (Duplicate Charges & Technical Issues)

We want to ensure every customer has a seamless experience. We will only review refund or exchange requests under the following strict conditions:

  1. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same bundle twice within a short window, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.

  2. Corrupted or Unaccessible Files: If you experience a verified technical glitch where your PDF files are entirely corrupted, missing, or you did not receive your download link within 24 hours (and our support team cannot successfully resend the files to you), a replacement link or refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
