At Meals2Glow, all of our products are 100% digital goods (PDF cookbooks, meal plans, and bonus guides). Because of this, we do not ship any physical items, books, or merchandise.

1. Instant Delivery Process

• Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment at checkout, you will instantly receive an automated email containing your secure download link(s) to access your PDF ebooks.

• On-Screen Access: You will also be presented with an immediate download confirmation screen right after checkout so you can save your files instantly without having to wait.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Delivery is immediate (within 1 to 5 minutes) of your payment clearing.

• If you complete your purchase using local payment methods, your download links are dispatched as soon as the transaction approval is confirmed by the payment gateway.

3. Troubleshooting Missing Links

If you do not see your download email in your inbox within 10 minutes of purchasing, please check the following:

• Spam / Junk / Promotions Folders: Automated emails occasionally land in these folders depending on your email provider.

• Incorrect Email Address: Ensure the email address entered at checkout was spelled correctly.

If you still cannot locate your files or if you experience any technical download errors, please contact our support team immediately via our WhatsApp business channel or support email, and we will manually verify your order and get your PDF files sent straight to you right away.
